Brand Activation Manager
We are looking for an exceptional candidate for this newly created role to drive supplier Brand Activation and campaign implementation in line with sales & marketing objectives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the delivery of key marketing initiatives alongside the sales and buying teams to develop brand awareness and visibility across our categories, suppliers & products. Also to raise the profile of Cotswold Fayre as THE sustainable wholesaler across the UK.

National Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a member of our national accounts team. You will focus on managing existing accounts and unlocking new business opportunities within some of the most highly sought after national accounts in the retail & travel/leisure sectors.
Championing a specific customer sector/s, you will be working closely with our suppliers, as well as our internal supply chain, customer services and buying teams to help grow revenue within your portfolio of accounts. These accounts all require a “Consolidation Sell” rather than selling an individual brand.
This role will suit someone ready to take on more responsibility by having responsibility for managing key accounts within the business.

Customer Service Manager
We have a new opportunity to lead our Customer Service department. In this role, you’ll guide a talented team, driving continuous improvements in how we serve our diverse customer base. You’ll also support sales growth by implementing initiatives developed in collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams.
You’ll work closely with internal departments and logistics partners to identify and implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
