Suppliers’ Conference
Nearly 100 suppliers joined us last year for our first ever Suppliers’ Conference, called ‘Working In Partnership’.
Key speakers from all sectors of the fine food industry gave insightful presentations into how partnership and collaboration are vital for business success.
After the Suppliers’ Conference, guests were invited over to our new premises to help us celebrate the opening of our new distribution centre.
We truly believe that the future of independent fine food retail lies within leveraging and capitalising on the relationships between suppliers, distributors and retailers. Partnership lies at the heart of our business ethos and it is something we are keen to build on as we continue to grow.
The conference also raised £2000, which will go towards our goal of raising £5000 for the Bala Orphanage in Kenya. The money raised will provide irrigation for the land around the orphanage, enabling them to grown their own maize.
